Staying here was an lovely family adventure! The hotel is a amazing starting point for exploring the vibrant streets of Naples and the surrounding attractions. The art pieces throughout the hotel are captivating, and dining at the rooftop restaurant with fine views of Vesuvius was a highlight of our stay!
My kids wished for a larger pool area for more fun.

A nice blend of art and luxury, the facilities impress at every turn, highlighted by the really good spa and gym. The one-bedroom wellness room offered a tranquil escape with amazing amenities. Dining was a delight, with fresh croissants at breakfast among the highlights. Slight concerns arose with the room layout not maximizing space fully, and the upscale prices might deter budget-conscious travelers.

This hotel was easy to find-which is a difficult feat in Naples! The staff greeted us warmly, check in was easy and they showed us to our room. The room was amazing. A big beautiful window greeted us overlooking the port in Naples. Very modern and clean and an extremely comfortable bed. The breakfast was on the rooftop, was tasty, and service was phenomenal. This hotel made me regret I did not spend more time in Naples.

Local area just ok, Naples is overflowing with rubbish but just heard on the news that the army is taking care of that :) and it is not a joke. Also, five star hotel should have a free parking.

Thoroughly enjoyed that the hotel was ideal and had amazingly friendly and extremely polite staff who provided excellent service. I've been here for 2 nights, the breakfast was free and satisfactory with splendid 360 degree views, "bacon" plus baked sausages. Good location right in front of cruise terminal was a plus.
Wi-Fi was very poor, made me a little nervous.
